Shipping Policy
All orders require a processing time of 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Switzerland
All domestic orders are shipped via Swiss Post and typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Swiss Post and may be handed over to the local postal service or delivery partner in the destination country.
Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- North America: 3–10 business days
- Asia: 5–12 business days
- Oceania: 4–10 business days
- South America: 8–16 business days
- Africa: 6–12 business days
These estimates represent typical delivery times to major destinations. Delivery to certain countries, territories or remote locations may take longer. Customs processing, local postal services and other carrier delays may also affect delivery times.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties, taxes and import fees are included in the amount paid at checkout. No additional import charges are expected upon delivery.
For all other international destinations, any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available for the selected shipping service.
