Shipping policy

All orders require a processing time of 1–3 business days.
Each watch is individually inspected, cleaned, prepared, and safely packaged before shipping. Batteries are replaced when needed to ensure functionality.

Shipping within Switzerland
All packages are shipped through the local Swiss Post.
Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive in 2–3 business days.

International Shipping
International orders are also handled by Swiss Post and then passed to the destination country’s local courier.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.
Customs delays or carrier delays are outside of our control.

All shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
